estatequay.com is a static website. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking tools, has no forms and loads nothing from other servers. The only personal data processed are the entries in the web server’s log files.

3. Hosting and server log files

The website is delivered by an nginx web server that we operate on a server of Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany, in a data centre in Germany. Hetzner provides the hardware, network and data centre; the operating system, web server and data are managed by us alone.

When you open a page or download a file, your browser transmits data that the server records in log files:
– IP address, shortened before it is stored (IPv4 without the last octet, IPv6 only the first two blocks)
– date and time of the request
– the requested page or file
– HTTP status code
– amount of data transferred
– referrer URL
– browser and operating system (user agent)

Purpose: delivering the website, keeping it secure and finding errors. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is a secure website that works. The log files are deleted after 14 days at the latest. Downloads of the plugin are recorded in the same log files, and nothing beyond that.

4. No cookies, no tracking, no third parties

This website sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. It uses no analytics or tracking tools. The fonts are served from this server; no connection to third parties (such as Google) is made.

5. Contact by e-mail

If you write to us by e-mail, we store your details to answer your enquiry and any follow-up questions. We do not pass them on without your consent. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry concerns a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). You can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the one responsible for us:
